Our goal for sport training is to prevent injuries by complimenting the atheltes already demanding schedule with individualized expert strength and conditioning tools and advice.
In athletic performance, we focus on the 6 aspects of high level movement: dynamic movement and lifts, squating, hinging, pressing, pulling and rotating. I am able to individualize each atheltes strengths and needs in a 1on1 or semi private setting
1on1 personal training session
2 on 1 personal training session for 1.5hrs
semi private training session.
